Payments are processed securely through Payhip and its payment partners.

By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate billing information.

Shift The Story does not store full payment card details.

5. Digital Product Access

Digital products are delivered immediately or shortly after purchase.

By purchasing a digital product, you:

• Agree to receive immediate access
• Acknowledge that this waives your standard 14-day cancellation rights where applicable

You are responsible for downloading and storing your files.

6. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:
